WARM is seeking a mission-driven Program Manager in our Worcester, MA location to lead and nurture WARM’s programs supporting refugee families — someone who can blend thoughtful program design, hands-on group facilitation, and energizing volunteer leadership to help families heal and thrive. Reporting to the Executive Director, you’ll co-create strategic plans, oversee and mentor program staff and volunteers, guide trauma‑informed women’s wellbeing groups with interpreters, and coordinate community‑building events and church partnerships. You’ll represent WARM with care and professionalism — all while cultivating a welcoming, collaborative environment where refugees and volunteers feel supported and empowered.
