Hope Group for Syrian Women

Our next Hope Group begins January 24, 2025 and will run on Friday mornings from 9:30-11:30 for five weeks-

1/24, 1/31, 2/7, 2/14, 2/21. We are proud to be partnering with the Center for Civil Society and Democracy to offer this mental health support to Syrian women who are dealing with depression. Hope groups are very effective for reducing and healing the symptoms and distress brought on by depression, a very common affliction for refugees who have experienced so much loss and transition. You can make this group a success by providing the transportation and childcare that will free the women up to fully engage with each other as they seek healing together!
